The DR's do a great job here. But if you need medicine preapproved go anywhere else but here. Thats where this office drops the ball. Been waiting and doing the leg work to get meds filled. But the people over this area don't do their jobs or even call me back.

Terrible experience with this clinic. 1. You cannot reach them by phone. They use overseas call centers in India for ALL calls, and all of their "medical assistants" are simply overseas call agents. 2. They sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy without a doctor's signature, which is now required in the state of Georgia. This resulted in delays of prescriptions being filled and subsequent withdrawal from a prescription vital to my health. 3. The office manager Cateland stated that I could request one of the "medical assistants" reach her by cell phone directly to contact me when additional issues happened in the future--this was a false promise and never fulfilled. 4. Messages are not replied to through their app whatsoever. I sent several messages for refills, appointments, at cetera and not a single one was ever replied to through the app, some never even addressed. It required follow-up phone calls, rendering their app completely useless. Avoid at all costs

I would give the Baldwin location 0 stars. I came here to receive HRT. I am a cash pay customer and had to have blood work done. I am a hard stick for blood (and I made them aware of that). I paid for the bloodwork and the day I came they could not get the right amount of blood for the tests. I had to come back the next day. I looked on the receipt and they put my payment on a different patient and I made the front desk clerk aware of that. She said she had to reverse the charge and she had to charge me again. And I have yet to get a refund for my first charge. I had to completely redo my bloodwork because I believe my blood was sent in under another patient. I asked to talk to somebody in charge and was told I had to make a appt to talk to the doctor and that the girl who ran my card at the front desk was the manager. I called yesterday to inquire why my card wasn’t refunded for the first charge and “the manager” at the front was rude and said she had to send it to billing. If THAT young lady is the manager of this location this business has bigger problems. Total incompetence is not acceptable when dealing with people’s medical records. Needless to say I will never recommend this business and have made a appt with another practice to receive my treatment. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

BE AWARE OF SUSPICIOUS BILLING PRACTICES. I went to the hospital for a USCIS process, they told me that my insurance can not cover my labs, so I paid when I was there. Now I receive a claim from my insurance that they also charged them for my labs. I called them several times and they keep giving me different emails and they don’t email me back.

Good visit.
FNP and staff were thorough and helpful. They made sure that any questions I had were handled completely.
And they were all sensitive to my hearing loss, and made sure I heard and understood.
I am looking forward to Windermere serving as my primary care for the future.
